BAKED STUFFED BROOK TROUT

BAKED TROUT RECIPES INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 c. coarsely crushed soda crackers
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 4 Brook Trout
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
BAKED TROUT RECIPES INSTRUCTIONS
First of all melt half the butter in a skillet. And then cook the onion in it for 5 minutes. Next is to add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes longer. Mix parsley, crackers, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and thyme. Split the trout for stuffing and stuff with prepared mixture. Sew the openings. Mix the flour with remaining salt and pepper. Roll trout in it. Melt remaining butter in skillet. Cook the trout in it over low heat, turning until browned on all sides. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. To serve, sprinkle with lemon juice..enjoy the baked trout ! Serves 4 persons.

Baked Trout Recipes Ingredients :
  • 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. herbs (rosemary, sweet marjoram)
  • 1 whole trout (10 to 12 oz. each)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • Parsley sprigs for garnish
  • Lemon wedges
Baked Trout Recipes Instructions :
First of all saute onion in 4 tablespoons of butter in medium skillet over medium heat until soft, about 3 minutes. And then add bread crumbs, minced parsley, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and the herbs; toss to mix well. Next is to sprinkle trout inside and out with salt and pepper; brush with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Spoon bread crumb mixture into body cavities, divided evenly.

Place trout in single layer on greased shallow baking dish. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter; drizzle over trout. Cover dish loosely with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven (400 degrees) for 8 minutes. Remove foil; continue baking just until trout are opaque in center, about 7 minutes longer. Remove trout to platter; sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with parsley sprigs; serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy the baked trout !

Baked Trout Ingredients

Baked Trout Recipe Instructions
First of all scale and clean fish removing head. A one pound fish can be cooked whole and serves one person. Cut larger fish into portions. And then place a slice of bacon on a square of extra strong foil. Place fish on bacon, add sliced onion, a slice of lemon, salt and pepper and paprika and a pat of butter. Next is to bring foil up over fish. Seal tight over top with double fold, seal ends. Place packets on grill 4 inches over hot grey coals. Cook about 20 minutes turning once...and the grilled trout is ready to serve...enjoy it !

BAKED TROUT RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lb. trout
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dill seed
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 c. chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Paprika

BAKED TROUT RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Thoroughly clean fish, slit fish open as much as possible toward the tail. Sprinkle inside and out with salt, pepper and dill weed. Mix bread crumbs and all other ingredients together. Fill the cavity of the fish with this mixture and close with skewers or toothpicks.
Line a hollow pan or baking sheet with greased foil, place fish on it, place the remaining filling around fish. Slice lemon and lay across fish. Sprinkle dill weed and paprika over fish. Bake in
preheated 400 degree oven for 45 minutes. Baste once or twice with pan juice. Fish is done when it comes flaky. The baked trout recipe is ready to serve with tossed salad. Great one !

BAKED TROUT RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 4 med. trout filets
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Vegetable spray or garlic spray


BAKED TROUT RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Spray baking dish with vegetable spray or garlic spray. Place filets in dish; squeeze juice from lemon over fish. Slice butter into pats and place on top of fish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder, sliced onion, and bell pepper over fish. Let stand for 1/2 hour, then bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. The baked trout recipe is ready to serve...delicious indeed ! Enjoy the baked trout !

BAKED TROUT RECIPES INGREDIENTS
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp. finely minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 6 whole trout, about 3/4 lb. each, pan dressed
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 4 tbsp. butter, melted
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 c. finely minced fresh parsley
BAKED TROUT RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the garlic, thyme, and black pepper. Blend together and spread on top of trout with small spatula. Insert 1 whole bay leaf into the interior of each fish. Oil an oven-to-table baking dish, large enough to hold the fish in a single layer. Pour the melted butter over the fish and bake for 10-12 minutes, basting once or twice with the butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley before serving. And the baked trout recipe is ready to serves 6 persons..great ! Enjoy it !

Baked Trout Recipes Ingredients :
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 onion -- chopped
  • 1 celery stalk -- diced
  • 1 cup fresh bread cubes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • OR 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 trout, dressed (about 1/2 pound each)
  • 8 bacon slices
  • celery leaves or parsley, for garnishing
Baked Trout Recipes Instructions :
First of all preheat the oven to 450=B0 F.

And then melt the butter or margarhne in a frying pan. Add onion and celery andcook until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the bread cubes, thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to mix well Season the cavity of each trout with salt and pepper.

Stuff each trout with the bread mixture, dividing it evenly among the fish. If necessary, secure the openings with wooden toothpicks.

Wrap 2 bacon slices around each stuffed trout. Arrange in a baking dish, in one layer.

Bake until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and the baconis crisp, 35-40 minutes. Serve garnished with celery leaves or sprigs of parsley...enjoy the baked trout !Nice !
